Innovative teaching activity / Third Mission
Since 2018: participates in the establishment of and works with UNIRE, within a project funded by the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Equal Opportunities Department (ongoing).
Since 2016: establishes and runs the Legal Clinic “Nessuno si senta escluso” (No one excluded) on the prevention of domestic and gender-based violence. Since 2018, this project is part of the UNIRE network (University network against gender violence), under the patronage of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers (ongoing).

Professional experience
2021, January 19: invited expert to the joint session of the Justice Commission and the Foreign Affaires Commission of the House of Representatives of the Italian Parliament, concerning the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention against trafficking in human organs.
2020: selected among the “persons whose independence is beyond doubt, who are jurisconsults of recognised competence, and who possess specialised knowledge or experience of Union law and public international law” able to serve as members of arbitration panels, under the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community (Council of the EU decision, 17 December 2020 - Interinstitutional File: 2020/0373(NLE).
2019: member of the national Commission for the recruitment of career diplomats (appointed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
2015 (ongoing): expert of the European EU Non-Proliferation Network (on behalf of the Department of Political Science, Law and International Studies, University of Padua).
2012: member of the Italian delegation to the PC-TO, Committee of Experts on Trafficking in Human Organs, Tissues and Cells set up by the Council of Europe, tasked with negotiating the text of the Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (appointed by the Italian Ministry of Justice)
