EMPLOYMENT POSITION
Since March, 2022, Dr. Enrico Fiore is an Associate Professor at the Department of Animal Medicine, Production and Health (MAPS) of the University of Padua.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
In his activity as a Veterinarian, Prof. Enrico Fiore has acquired skills related to topics focused on the metabolic-nutritional diseases in ruminants, internal medicine and therapy of farm animals, animal welfare and on the application of imaging in livestock .
RESEARCH AREAS
The research activity is documented by more than 88 scientific publications, from 2012 to 2022; of which 59 are represented by articles registered in ISI Web Of Science or Scopus journals (H-Index = 12; Citations = 397; data updated to March, 2022); others in national journals, and proceedings in International and National Congresses. In addition, he participated in the drafting of two textbook chapters on the application of Thermography in Veterinary Medicine.
TEACHING ACTIVITIES
- “DISEASE PREVENTION AND VETERINARY LEGISLATION": course teaching in the Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science and Technology;
- "FARM ANIMALS 2": course teaching in the Degree in Veterinary Medicine;
- “RUMINANT INTERNSHIP": course teaching in the Degree in Veterinary Medicine.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Prof. Enrico Fiore provides livestock animal clinic assistance in the field, by the "Ruminants Unit” of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (OVUD) - University of Padua.
Since 2019, Member of Editorial Board of the scientific journal LARGE ANIMAL REVIEW.
Since 2020, Member of Editorial Board of the scientific journal ANIMALS.
From 01/01/2020 to today, he is a member of the teaching staff of the Doctoral Course in Veterinary Sciences of the University of Padua.
Since 2021: Member of Veterinary Council of Padua, Italy
