- For the project “Central banks between speeches and theories”, the committee appreciated very much the innovative methodological approach, involving text linguistics and discourse analysis. Moreover, communication is an important topic for central banks. So, offering a broad analysis of the speeches of central bankers can offer interesting insights, both from a point of view of history of thought and of the ECB.
